The Associate Director of the Technical & Vocational Education Training Skills Scholarships Program (TVETSSP) Ms. Junita Goma, has resigned from the Office of Higher Education (OHE) citing personal reasons.
Ms. Goma joined the OHE in 2009 as the Public Relations Officer and was promptly promoted to her current position and took on multiple roles. She was instrumental in the success of the TVETSS program and the integration of the government’s Vision 2050. She will be missed by the office.
Speaking today at her farewell luncheon today, the acting Director General for the OHE, Dr. William Tagis thanked her and wished her all the best in her future endeavours. He also emphasised the benefits of working in the public service and the opportunities she would have.
Ms. Goma leaves for West New Britain this weekend.
