Request for Expression of Interest (Audit Services) – Auditing of Finance and ICT

The Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (DHERST) through the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) to carry out audits to its Finance and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) functions.

The objective of the audit is to ensure that all information is in compliance with government regulations and legislation. Therefore, the department now invites eligible consultants (firms) to indicate their interest in providing these services.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).

Only consultants from within Papua New Guinea are eligible to submit their Expression of Interest.

Eligibility criteria, establishment of shortlist and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Public Service Management Act, Public Finance Management Act, and other relevant regulations.

Interested auditors may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 08:00 – 16:06 (local time).

Expression of interest must be delivered to the address below by 17th of September, 2021 at 16:06 (local time) and mention “Audit of Finance and Information & Communications Technology (ICT)“.
