District recommits to support education

The Daulo District Development Authority has recommitted it’s support to education going forward.

Local MP Ekime Gorosahu last Friday announced this at the 12 graduation of the Asaroka Lutheran Secondary Agro School.

He announced the DDA’s commitment to continue the tertiary students school fee assistance scheme initiated by the former MP Ron Garanafo.

As a Parliamentarian Member for Daulo my priority is education

Education will change Daulo district. My backyard must be okay before I talk about this nation’s affairs.

DDA Daulo under his chairman ship has allocated K1 million for next year’s tuition fees for Tertiary students. He said 70 per cent from the K1 million of the tuition will be given to each student from Daulo.

Your tuition fee is ready and waiting for you students.

He further committed a coaster bus for the school and an Ambulance for Asaroka health centre.

He also announced that the road from Ifiufa to the school would be sealed.

He urge the students to refrain from alcohol, marijuana and other bad habits and concentrate on their education and Christian life.
