We have an exciting program of development, diversification and expansion to extend affordable banking services to ordinary Papua New Guineans. MiBank is both innovative & progressive and uses digital technology to reach out to the under-served population in Papua New Guinea.
This 12 months program provides excellent hands-on learning experience and exposure to various strategic business units, which include the following areas of interest:
- Digital Banking
- Card Services
- Lending
- Project Management
Job Requirements
Key Criteria
- Students who are in final year of study in 2022 and are eligible to graduate in 2023.
- Individual must be result driven, possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Individuals who are eager to learn and open to take on new challenges.
