Calls for EOI – Leave Fare Management System

The Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (DHERST) is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) from ICT service providers who can develop a system or software for managing staff leave fares for the Department as well as colleges that have been transferred to DHERST. The objective of this undertaking is to ensure that there is effectiveness and efficiency in managing the vast leave entitlements for staff of the Department and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)’s staff as well.

Interested service providers must provide:

  1. Profile: Provide details of nature of business, management structure, business objectives, qualifications of service providers, availability of appropriate skills in software development, similar assignments or services, names of personnel and contact details. 
  2. Registration forms: IPA registration, Tax identification number (TIN) certificates.
  3. Office location/contact details: Provide section, lot numbers of each office, postal address, office telephone numbers, email addresses, website etc. 
  4. Conditions: Only service providers from within Papua New Guinea are eligible to submit their expression of interest. The eligibility criteria and establishment of the shortlist and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Public Service Management Act which is available on the Department’s website at http://dherst.gov.pg.
