KUI Wamp Nga Secondary School in Western Highlands province has graduated 330 pioneer grade 12 students last week.
Principal Nathan James said after the graduation ceremony that the school was elevated to secondary status in 2020 and was labelled with a lot of criticism.
He told the graduating students that as they close another chapter of their lives.
He said life continues in education and they must continue to strive in their future.
Mr James said there were other avenues to education which they can help themselves to upgrade their marks.
He told the students that there was no ending in education, adding their legacy will remain and with whatever standard they set others will follow their path.
Hams Mipil the Assistant Secretary of the Corporate Sector for the Education Department thanked the students, parents, community, and teachers for their efforts in making sure Kui Wamp Nga realize its potential as a secondary school.
He encouraged the students not to give up.
No one is a failure we are all here to build the nation.
The scripture says children always remember what you have learnt, your education is your life, guard it well, for a nation to advance it needs a qualified educated population, that can be able to lead the nation.
