The Kuskomb Primary School in the Tambul-Nebilyer District in Mt Hagen hosted their 18th grade eight graduation last week.
The guest speakers were James Uah, the manager Corporate Service of Road Traffic Authority, Nikents Mahn, the Highlands Sales and Marketing manager for Telikom as well as Samuel Kelly, the Highlands Regional Finance manager for Telikom Ltd PNG.
The graduation, which saw 54 grade eight students graduate with their certificates of attainment under the theme ‘Dream Big’.
Henry Kelly, the school’s headmaster welcomed the guests and spoke about how important accountability was throughout the year.
Mr Uah, congratulated the grade eight students and commended them for persevering despite the election disturbance during the mid-year.
Education is not for the weak- and absent-minded child. It is for the determined and strong. I salute you all for pressing on despite the distractions and making it this far.
Your education journey is just beginning.
You have a long way to go but if you put God first, He will take you far in life.

E-library will be established for next year 2023 and on-wards for the school as pledged by Mr Uah.
