The Department of Education (DOE) is seeking expression of interest (EOI) on short term contract from credible human resource firms to carry out initial vetting and short listing of applicants as a result of external advertisement complying with General Orders No.3.
The DOE is solely responsible for the assessment and awarding of short term contract to the company that meets its assessment criteria consistent with the Department Procurement Standards and Code of Business. The department will not be responsible for any commitment made by any company prior to the assessment and awarding of contract in any form. Its assessment and evaluation of EOI will purely be on the standard criteria and contract award on merit.
Instructions to Bidders and requirement technical specifications;
- Relevant information to demonstrate their capacity and experience in providing such major recruitment exercise in the Public and Private Sectors.
- Should have company Profile with current IPA Certificate of Incorporation & Certificate of Compliance.
- Must have copies of tax identification (TIN) plus consolidated statement of accounts /financial statement.
- All bidders must provide their estimate cost for the assignment for the duration of three (3) months contract.
- Interested bidders may pick the Terms of Reference (TOR) from the Procurement & Logistics Division.
All EOIs must be in sealed envelope to First Assistant Secretary – Procurement & Logistics Division, Ground Floor, Vulupindi Haus, P.O. Box 446, Waigani, National Capital District, to be recorded in our database. This does not mean that you have been accepted and registered as a vendor nor is it a guarantee of priority of any sort.
