Our program will ensure you get 12 months of critical experiences as well as exposure to a diverse range of roles, career pathways, people, environments and situations, with each business unit hiring a wide range of skills and experiences. Each of our business areas in Papua New Guinea has programs that offer multiple rotations. We provide supportive coaching, peer-to-peer learning, mentoring, training, networking, and sponsorship from senior leaders.
About the Program
As an Institutional Graduate, you are in for a phenomenal 12-month program, consisting of three rotations across different areas of the institutional bank. You will have the opportunity to explore some of the following business areas, including:
- Sales & Relationship
- Credit Risk Management
- Operations & Enablement
- Risk & Governance
You will also have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced professionals, specialist, and subject matter experts from a cross-section of the business and provide your own perspective and insight into the ever-evolving world of banking and finance.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to transform great ideas and insight into reality;
- Learn how to demonstrate values lead behaviors in executing responsibilities, leading and providing advice to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You could be from any discipline – Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Commerce etc., bringing a diverse range of thought and skillset to the table. Individuals who display a growth mindset and embed our ICARE Values; Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect & Excellence in all aspects of working day life to better our customers, colleagues and the community.
