The International Education Agency (IEA) on behalf of Gordon International School (GIS) invites written sealed bid for design concept, financing, engineering, procurement and construction of state-of-the-art multipurpose hall.

| Tender Bid Security | A refundable fee of PGK5,000.00 bank cheque must be submitted with bids. The bid security in the form of bank cheque should be made payable to International Education Agency. Bids submitted without a security bid will be rejected after the opening of the bids. Bid security for successful bidder will be retained. |
| Bid Validity Period | Ninety (90) days |
| Tender Document Fee | A non-refundable fee of PGK500.00 shall be made payable to the Gordon International School for the purchase of the Tender Documents. |
| Document Availability | The Bidding Documents will be available as of 20th November 2023 at the Gordon International School Campus, Nauna Road, Henao Drive, Gordon, National Capital District. |
| Pre-Tender Meeting | A pre-tender meeting will be organized on 27th November 2023 10:00AM at the Gordon International School, Library Building, Gordon, N.C.D |

Instruction to Bidders
- Interested bidders may with their Agent(s) or a Courier form of their choice to pickup their tender documents and similar arrangement may be done for the lodgement of their bid(s).
- Bidding is open to both international and national firms who are competent to deliver this project.
- Bidders must be clearly addressing the outer envelope containing their bid with the names as indicated above in the Bid Delivery Place and marked with the tender number, description of the project, closing date, and time.
- All bidders must provide copies of current IPA certificate of incorporation as evidence of complying with company registration laws, all companies must provide copies of Tax Identification Number (TIN) plus consolidated statement of accounts.
- All bidders must provide their Design Concepts together with their Technical and Cost proposals.
- The International Education Agency will not be held liable for any mishandling.
