The 2024 Round of the BPW PNG LNG In-Country Scholarship is now open and closes on the 17th of May 2024. The BPW PNG LNG In-Country Scholarship program is a partnership between the Business & Professional Women’s Club of Port Moresby (BPW) and ExxonMobil PNG Limited (operator of the PNG LNG Project).
This scholarship aims to provide education and training across tertiary platforms for female and male students from the PNG LNG Project areas.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to receive a Scholarship, applicants must be a PNG Citizen, with preference for license areas – PDL1, PDL5, PDL6, PDL7,PDL8 in the Hela Province and PDL9. The scholarship recipient must maintain at least an average of C or a GPA of 2.0 during the course of study. Note that there are no restrictions in the fields of study, however, applicants must be enrolled at a registered PNG academic institution.
The scholarship entitlements include tuition and boarding fees (where applicable).
Emailed applications closes at 12 midnight, Friday 17th May 2024.
Hard copy applications closes at 4:30pm, Friday 17th May 2024.
Late and incomplete applications (incomplete fields in form and missing supporting documents) will not be considered.
