Twenty one (21) students of a Technical Secondary School in Port Moresby are recovering in hospital, after a PMV bus they were in, capsized this morning.
The driver of the Route 4 bus died when the 25 seater coaster bus went off the road at Badihagwa, near the hill leading down to the school.
The students from Badihagwa Technical Secondary are being treated at the Port Moresby General Hospital Emergency Ward.
School Principal, Mrs Vele says a handful of students sustained minor injuries, and few received serious injuries.
She says a female student broke both her legs.
Mrs Vele assured parents and relatives of students not to panic, as all students involved in the accident are being attended to by doctors at the hospital.
