Key Responsibilities:
- Learn new skills in assigned roles and departments.

- Maintain a weekly learning journal for monthly submission to the HR Learning Partner.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, IT, or Computer Science.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and coordinated.
- Willingness to learn and accept corrections.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet customer needs and deadlines.
