Give acknowledgement where due

Acknowledgement should be given where it is due so that people feel they are appreciated for what they have done, says a head teacher in Lae.

Omili Primary School head teacher Mathew Humango thanked about fifty (50) teachers for their tireless effort in serving the 2,800 plus students.

He also acknowledged Bank South Pacific (BSP) for funding the new ablution block for the school.

The ablution block was funded at the cost of K35,000 under Bank South Pacific Financial Group Ltd’s (BSP) yearly community project initiative.

We are very grateful that this level eight primary school is one of the schools chosen by BSP under its yearly community project initiative.

This has taken off struggles from parents, teachers and students.

Mr. Humango

He said with the high student population, the school would not be accepting new students next year.
