The Department of Higher Education, Research Science and Technology (DHERST) through the Improved for TVET Employment Project is requesting Expressions of Interest for the following position
INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP SPECIALIST (CS16)
The successful candidate will support DHERST, the National Skills Development Agency (NSDA), and the PMU in strengthening partnerships and engagement between TVET institutions and industry. The assignment will focus on developing industry engagement strategies, establishing partnerships with employers and industry associations, supporting demand-driven training programmes, promoting apprenticeships and work-based learning opportunities, and improving employment outcomes for TVET graduates, including women.
Deadline for the Submission of Expression of Interest is 11:59PM, Manila local time (9:59PM PNG local time), on 19 June 2026
