To be considered for OTML Graduate Development Scheme you must:
- Be in your final year undergraduate study in a PNG or overseas university in 2023. 2022 or prior graduates will not be considered.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 or a Cumulative Weighted Average of 75% and above in your last three (3) semester results.
- Be an inspiring young professional who possesses the confidence and drive to a rewarding career.

Good day I am an interested student from Milne Bay Province who is undertaking Electrical NC 1 & NC 2 at Works Institute of Technology affiliated to the PNG UOT and UOG here at the Nation’s Capital (POM). Iam about to complete my training and on- the- job training and will graduate in December. I have seen this program as an opportunity to the development of the future growth of this unique Nation.
