KPHL is now welcoming applicants with the following criteria:

  • a Bachelor’s degree in the required discipline, from a recognized institution in PNG or overseas within the last three (3) years;
  • a GPA of or above 3.0;
  • no more than two (2) years of work experience;
  • students who finalized their degree in 2022, who are graduating in 2023.

Seeking graduates from the following disciplines:

  1. Hello, I write in regard to the graduate development program.
    I completed my Diploma in Civil Engineering at The National Polytechnic Institute at Lae.i
    I am very interested to apply for this program, however I only did my Diploma and did not meet your criteria above which are reserved for the Bachelors holders.
    Is there any chances that my application should be considered if I apply for this Graduate Development Program?
    Please do clarify in this regard since I am very interested and wanting to apply for this program.
