The National Training Council (NTC) wishes to inform the general public that the National Scholarship Training Fund (NSTF) is now open for June intakes. Applications will close on April 30, 2024.
Please take note that:
- NSTF is for short Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs with a duration of 3 – 6 months and not for long-term Diploma or Degree courses.
- Priority will be given to the following:
- Church groups;
- Women groups;
- Youth groups;
- NGOs and;
- People with Special Needs
Applicants must show proof of their involvement in the operational activities of the group as a president, vice president, treasurer, bookkeeper, office bearer, group member, helper, etc. This should be detailed in the recommendation letter from the group’s leadership.
- Quotas for each region:

| Highlands | 25 applications |
| Islands | 25 applications |
- Applicants for last year are to reapply again.
