Australia Awards PNG will deliver two graduate certificate courses for educators in 2024/2025. These courses will support educators in permanent employment with at least two years of work experience.
Australia Awards PNG offers a range of Short Course Award Scholarships annually to support the development of Papua New Guinean’s knowledge and skills in priority human resource development areas; and to enhance the partnership and linkages between Papua New Guinean and Australian organizations.
Candidates who are working in provincial locations, people with disability and women are strongly encouraged to apply.
Graduate Certificate in Inclusive Education
Build skills in inclusive education in mainstream schooling, differentiated approaches to teaching and learning and classroom best practices.
Who should apply?
Primary /secondary school teachers and teacher educators with an interest in inclusive education are eligible to apply.
Graduate Certificate in STEM Education
Build skills in STEM education, transdisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning and classroom best practices.
Who should apply?
Teacher educators and secondary teachers who are qualified in sciences, with roles in teaching, designing and implementing science programs are eligible to apply.
