The Department of Education is seeking the services of Service Providers to carry out door to door delivery of curriculum materials to all elementary, primary and secondary schools in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
The curriculum materials will be collected from the Department of Education warehouse located at the Curriculum Development Division within Papua New Guinea Education Institute, Wardstrip, Waigani, and transported to each province and onward door-to-door delivery to all schools.
Interested bidders must take note of the following:
- Provide evidence of availability of finance and other resources available to the company as evidence of capacity to perform the task to deliver the service.
- A detailed Schedule of Work showing Milestone achievements and Cost Estimates shall be included in the bid.
- Payment will be made after delivery of materials and validation of Delivery Completion Report by the Department of Education.
- EOI documents will be given to bidders upon receipt of your application.
Please Note: The Contractor will undertake the contract using its own finance and resources. There will be NO ADVANCE PAYMENT. Therefore, companies with financial capacity showing evidence shall ONLY apply.
