Call for EOI for Financial Audit – UNRE

The Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (DHERST) is calling for Expression of Interest from auditors who wish to provide financial audit services for the Papua New Guinea University of Natural Resources and Environment (UNRE). The objective of this financial audit is to ensure that all information is in compliance with regulations and legislations in the country and globally. 

Interested auditors must provide:

  1. Profile: Provide details of nature of business, management structure, business objectives, qualifications of auditors, availability of appropriate skills among auditors, similar assignments or services, names of personnel and contact details. 
  2. Registration forms: IPA registration, Tax identification number (TIN) certificates.
  3. Office location/contact details: Provide section, lot numbers of each office, postal address, office telephone numbers, email addresses, website etc. 
  4. Conditions: Only auditors from within Papua New Guinea are eligible to submit their expression of interest. The eligibility criteria and establishment of the shortlist and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Public Service Management Act which is available on the Department’s website at http://web.dherst.gov.pg.
  5. Financial capacity: Provide evidence of funds available to perform this service. 
  6. Closing time and date: Friday 14th October 2022, 4:06 pm.
